Lesson Requirements

Music lessons are a wonderful investment in your life and your future. In order to get the best return, put your best work into lessons.

  • Arrive on time and prepared for your lesson.
  • Bring all current lesson materials, including your assignment notebook, to each lesson.
  • Practice according to your teacher's advice. Consistent under-practicing will make lessons frustrating to the student, parent, and teacher.
  • Purchase music books when required for continued study.
  • Perform for an audience and share your music with others informally whenever possible. Music is made to be heard!

Attendance Policy

  • Students arriving late will be given full lesson time at the discretion of the teacher.
  • Students will receive up to two make-up lessons per semester.
